Boho Blabber -I can't see

Grr. I Loathe Glasses with a passion. Like really really hate them. Especially the ones I got just  yesterday.
Right, so my really nice ones broke after 5 years of wearing them and it was time for a new pair anyway. So I had a sight test and everything and picked out a few pairs to try on -Which took forever. In fact, I was so picky, they gave me a room with a mirror in and an assistant to help me pick out a pair that would look okay-ish on me.
My broken pair if you're interested:

So, the Assistant was really nice, actually, and picked out the perfect pair. That was OUT of my price range, unfortunately. I eventually just gave up and picked up a pair from the kiddies' section. I mean, it's not like I go out with glasses on and I only ever wear it for the Computer and such. So this, Lovies, are my new glasses:

I think the frame design is pretty cute. When it's NOT on. But maybe you can be the judge of that:

Yeah, so what do you think? Obviously it isn't a good picture because my whole face isn't in it. But from what you can see, what are your opinions on them? I just have to stick with these and contact lenses for now. Oh how I want that Laser Treatment so badly. £389 (something like that). PER eye. And there's a 1% chance of blindness. What if that 1% is me?!? Sad times. Anyways.. I'm going to be baking today so hopefully a post will be up of pictures and whatnot like last time!

Enjoy the rest of your Thursday.

  1. Lasiks eye surgery is not really dangerous. One day if you can get it, you should. My eyes are so broken that I can't even get laser surgery on them. The best more expensive option for is is a surgery where they basically place permanent contacts under my eyes. Sounds interesting, but also very expensive. They say I wouldn't need to get them changed or anything for like 30 years. Either way you look fine with glasses or contacts, you never stop looking beautiful contrary to what you might tell yourself. Maybe one day they'll make something that will cure all eye disorders and we can all live happily ever after. Bye bye for now Sara :)
